This new lightweight whipped silicone form can be turned in several directions for a more customized fit like a classic asymmetrical form yet is symmetrical to fit either the right or the left size of the body. This "Universal" style is very versatile and allows the form to be turned in a direction that best adds fill to the inside or the outside of the breast.

This new NEARLY ME LITES® Universal Form is made with soft whipped silicone that makes the form 20% lighter in weight than standard silicone forms. The back of each form is slightly concave to easily conform to the chest wall for a personalized fit. Each form is encapsulated in a thin polyurethane skin that is resilient and flexible yet extremely durable.

Available in 10 sizes, fitting 32-A - 50-A. All forms come with a comfort cover, have a two year warranty, are hand washable and made in the U.S.A.
